Well folks, it has happened again. First a few observations...

• The 'Cost of Living' has continued to rise
• Our Legislators took another salary increase
• The price of gasoline continues to rise
• Real and Personal Property taxes have risen
• Local assessors just keep raising property values arbitrarily
• Unemployment is the highest it has been in years
• S&P 500 isn't going up much
• Dow Jones is fairly steady
• NASDAQ is only steady
• Your FTE Funding has not increased
• Interest on savings is even lower than last year 
• College tuition is up another 5% or more
• Communication costs have risen a little
• The Single Record Student Data (SRSD) is now MSDS
• CEPI has added the new Teacher Student Data Link (TSDL)
• The Michigan Adult Education Reporting System (MAERS) is stagnant
• STUREC© Annual License will NOT increase this year!

***  There will NOT be a surcharge this year, but we have found it necessary to maintain the Annual License Renewal fee in order to keep serving you.  You will be asked for a Purchase Order number (just once) before downloading the new version update file.

Facts of life happen. We want to continue to provide you with the best Pupil Accounting Software and continue to provide you with help and support that you need. In order to do that, we feel we must maintain our fees. As always, we are ready to help you with STUREC© questions as part of your license fee. We will be happy to help you with non STUREC© questions, but you may be charged for help that could be provided by your district.. 

We will be happy to create your MSDS or TSDL submission files for you, however, 
we will charge you a minimum of one hour for off-line data processing.

Here are our rates for the 2013-2014 school year, which for STUREC©  
begins August 1st.

As in the past, we will invoice your district the first time in a school year that someone from your district downloads an update or accesses our help-desk for 2013-2014 school year. If your district requires that you have a Purchase Order before you purchase a product or service, please bear this in mind. New for this year, we are asking you to obtain your PO before you download.  There is a new on-line form for you to enter that. We would certainly appreciate it if our invoices for services or products you receive can be paid in a timely manner. Thanks.
